the room was clean and had plenty of space for my family. staff were really friendly and helpful too, made us feel welcome right away. the bar area and restaurant were nice places to hang out and relax. location was great for catching the bus into leeds or just a quick drive to harrogate. overall, we enjoyed our stay.
the room was kinda hot and we couldn’t find the heat source. the shower pressure was weak and made a weird noise when running.

It was just an appropriate option for a brief visit in Leeds with the best value for money ratio. The evening meal at Convive was way overpriced and not very enjoyable. Make sure to check menu details before you order!

Good sleep, but some issues
I stayed here for 3 nights and slept like a baby! The room was comfy and nearly silent. I didn't eat there, just enjoyed the bar area a bit. But man, the hot water was a disaster. Cold showers at night definitely aren't fun. decent place but could use some tweaks.

convenient access to parks and museums for city exploration
I had a pleasant stay where the nearby attractions, like Golden Acre Park located just over 3 km away, offered a perfect escape for leisurely walks, and I found the friendly staff to be quite helpful and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. as a solo traveler, I felt secure exploring the grounds, but I wished the amenities in the room had a bit more variety than just basic tea and coffee supplies for a more refreshing experience.

Fantastic atmosphere with great dining options
I had a lovely stay at this beautiful estate, where the ambiance was welcoming and the gardens were lovely. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, including freshly baked pastries and a selection of local produce. The only downside was that the shower pressure could have been stronger, which was a bit disappointing. it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend it.
